The Associate Director, US Health Economics and Outcomes Research (US HEOR) leads the dissemination of real-world evidence to external stakeholders at targeted US payers & health systems in support of the reimbursement landscape of Alexion’s products. Through the partnership with cross-functional teams, this individual is responsible for implementing US HEOR strategies that demonstrate the value and corresponding scientific evidence of Alexion products for payers, patients, clinical institutions, and other key decision-makers. The Associate Director, US HEOR partners with and provides field insight to US HEOR RWE TA Leads, Market Access, and US Commercial teams. An estimated 80% of the US HEOR Associate Director’s role will be dedicated to direct interactions with external stakeholders (live and virtual), with 20% of the role spent in collaboration with internal Alexion cross-functional partners.

Utilizing in-depth knowledge of disease area and portfolio strategy in combination with health economics and outcomes research information to support the value of Alexion’s products across the portfolio. Implementing US HEOR strategies that demonstrate the value and corresponding scientific evidence of Alexion products at targeted payers, clinical institutions, and other key decision-making entities within an assigned geography. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
