CCR is seeking an Associate Director of Grid Integrationto develop and execute generation and large load interconnection strategies in MISO, NYISO, and PJM. This position focuses on managing generator and load interconnection pre-application diligence, submitting interconnection requests, advancing queue positions, interpreting study results, and negotiating interconnection agreements. The role reports to the VP of Grid Integration and works closely with development, engineering, and commercial teams.

Location: The preferred location for this role is one of our offices in Asheville, NC; Durham, NC; NYC; and San Francisco, CA. Additionally, we are on a hybrid schedule 3/week. We are also open to hiring remotely.
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $190,000-$210,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
