We have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Director Global Omnichannel Operations (Rx) to join Norgine.

As part of the Rx Digital and Omnichannel team (Commercial Operations), the Associate Director - Global Omnichannel Operations (Rx) plays a critical role in enabling scalable, compliant, and customer centric HCP engagement across digital and field channels. This role owns the end to end operationalisation of omnichannel engagement, spanning content, channels, orchestration logic, and enabling platforms. The role supports the strategy and leads on the operating model, and the technical roadmap that allow Global and Local teams to plan, activate, and continuously optimise orchestrated HCP journeys in line with Norgine’s Global and Local brand strategies.

Requirements

Omnichannel Content & Engagement Enablement

• Own the global content and channel operating model supporting omnichannel engagement across digital and field channels.

• Define global standards, governance, and frameworks for content planning, creation, adaptation, approval, and activation.

• Enable consistent global–local execution while allowing for local market needs and maturity differences.

Omnichannel Orchestration & Channel Strategy

• Own the global omnichannel orchestration vision, defining how content, channels, and engagement logic come together across the HCP journey.

• Define channel strategies, value propositions, and use cases aligned to brand priorities and customer needs.

• Govern channel usage and engagement rules to ensure compliant, customer centric execution.

Platform & Technical Roadmap Ownership

• Own the end to end roadmap for content, channel, and orchestration platforms in partnership with IT and other business stakeholders.

• Ensure platforms and data flows are integrated into the enterprise architecture and support scalable omnichannel activation.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and prioritised enhancements.

Service Delivery & Partner Management

• Act as global business owner for Digital services delivered via Global Business Services (GBS) and external partners.

• Ensure service performance, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across content and channel delivery.

Insights & Optimisation

• Ensure analytics and insights enable continuous optimisation of content, channels, and omnichannel engagement.

• Partner with Business Insights and Analytics and Field Force Excellence teams to drive insight led decision making and investment prioritisation.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel marketing, content operations, or digital transformation.

• Proven leadership in digital and omnichannel operating models, platform roadmaps, and vendor management.

• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Rx communications.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
