The Associate Director, Global Inclusion and Community plays a key role in supporting the Office of Global Citizenship (OGC) in stewarding and operationalizing the firm’s global inclusion strategy across the firm, with a particular focus on shaping and advancing cultural and inclusion programming in APAC and EMEA. The role is designed to operate in a highly collaborative way, working across the OGC team and with colleagues throughout the firm to deliver inclusive and connected programming.
This role brings an international perspective to the advancement of Cambridge Associates’ global citizenship priorities, helping translate enterprise goals into programs, partnerships, communications, and employee engagement initiatives that resonate across regions. In doing so, the Associate Director helps ensure that firmwide efforts are both globally aligned and appropriately responsive to regional context.
Reporting to the Head of Global Citizenship, this role helps adapt firmwide inclusion and community strategies to local cultural, regulatory, and workplace environments, particularly across EMEA. The Associate Director contributes to learning, communications, external partnerships, and community engagement efforts that strengthen belonging, employee connection, and organizational impact.

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
