The Associate Director, Global Inclusion and Community plays a key role in supporting the Office of Global Citizenship (OGC) in stewarding and operationalizing the firm’s global inclusion strategy across the firm, with a particular focus on shaping and advancing cultural and inclusion programming in APAC and EMEA. The role is designed to operate in a highly collaborative way, working across the OGC team and with colleagues throughout the firm to deliver inclusive and connected programming.
This role brings an international perspective to the advancement of Cambridge Associates’ global citizenship priorities, helping translate enterprise goals into programs, partnerships, communications, and employee engagement initiatives that resonate across regions. In doing so, the Associate Director helps ensure that firmwide efforts are both globally aligned and appropriately responsive to regional context.
Reporting to the Head of Global Citizenship, this role helps adapt firmwide inclusion and community strategies to local cultural, regulatory, and workplace environments, particularly across EMEA. The Associate Director contributes to learning, communications, external partnerships, and community engagement efforts that strengthen belonging, employee connection, and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate global priorities into locally relevant programs, initiatives, and communications that reflect regional cultural norms, employee needs, and business context.
• Develop and deliver inclusion programming and learning opportunities that promote cultural awareness, belonging, and cross-regional understanding.
• Take the lead on cultural awareness training and related learning initiatives in support of the Office of Global Citizenship’s priorities.
• Support employee engagement efforts by creating opportunities for participation in volunteerism opportunities and global citizenship initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders whose work aligns with the firm’s global inclusion and community priorities.
• Builds cross functional partnerships and collaborates on initiatives with the Associate Director of Community and Sustainability and the Director of Insights and Operations.
• Support the development and execution of communications that raise awareness of Office of Global Citizenship initiatives and connect enterprise strategy to local action.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support coordinated execution of programs and initiatives.
• Contribute regional insight and perspective to help inform firmwide strategy, program design, and continuous improvement.
• Help assess the effectiveness of initiatives through feedback, participation data, and other relevant measures, and contribute to reporting and benchmarking efforts.
• Support the effective planning and execution of projects, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Relevant professional experience in inclusion, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, community impact, human capital, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective execution and manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions, workshops, or discussions with credibility and effectiveness.
• Strong cross-cultural competence and the ability to work effectively across regional, cultural, and organizational differences.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive progress in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing thoughtful communications and presentations for varied audiences.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and maturity in handling sensitive, complex, and often ambiguous matters with professionalism and care.

Base salary range for this role:

Pay Range Minimum:

Pay Range Maximum:

89200

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
