
37.5Washington University in St. Louis seeks a full-time Associate Director, Global Communications and Data Analytics in St. Louis, Missouri to support the Office of the Provost.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will partner with institutions on strategic global initiatives, and educational program development; enhance University’s global educational offerings, coordinate and analyze research and data to make recommendations for internal seed funding programs; coordinate statistical research to support interdisciplinary initiatives and promote collaboration across disciplines; evaluate how regulatory frameworks affect international enrollment, program outcomes, and sponsored research portfolios using quantitative and qualitative methods, develop long-term forecasts to guide effective use of resources and mitigate institutional risk; produce papers on societal benefits for a broad range of stakeholders; advise and train partner schools and institutions on University programs; expand international student programming; collect and manage student, scholar, and global data to support program development; ensure up to date resources for global educational programs; update and maintain global content for educational program support; develop specialized communications for international students, scholars, and University employees, focusing on international partnership development and seamless integration of international researchers and students; and provide guidance to cultivate a positive environment for students, scholars, and global partners.

Position requires a Master’s Degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in a university global strategy role, international student specialist, or related occupation in higher education to include 3 years of experience with the following: analyzing international data trends; developing reports on higher education trends, economic models, and statistical techniques to inform university decision-making; assessing institution risk factors; developing educational programming, including international related curriculum; managing international student data; developing university international policies; and developing long-term forecasts to help guide effective use of resources and mitigate institutional risks.
