Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) is a multi-disciplinary arts center located in Brooklyn, New York. Reporting to the Director of Film Operations, the Associate Director, Front of House Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and accountability of the cinema front-of-house team. This role ensures consistent staffing, high-quality patron experience, and smooth execution of cinema operations and events. This is a hands-on staff leadership role, with primary responsibility for staff management and events execution.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $78,000. This position is full-time, exempt, and eligible for benefits.
