You'll also own the systems that make good clinical care possible at scale. You'll oversee day-to-day service delivery, caseload distribution, and clinical throughput; manage intake and stepped-care pathways; and lead quality improvement efforts including peer review, documentation compliance, and accreditation readiness. You'll provide administrative supervision to a team of staff counselors and the Wellbeing Coordinator, offering performance feedback, professional development, and case consultation, and you'll partner on hiring and onboarding as the team grows.

As a member of the leadership team, you'll help shape clinical policy and strategy, coordinate interdisciplinary care with RIH medical and psychiatric providers, and step in to lead the center in the Director's absence. This is a role for an experienced clinician-leader who wants real operational authority alongside meaningful patient contact.
