
The Global High Net Worth (GHNW) team is responsible for the sourcing and onboarding of global HNW customers to the Enterprise through a global distribution and operations team. Our focus is to establish a future-ready organization that provides the global customer a ‘white-glove’ experience expected by our distribution partners and their private bank customers. The Associate Director role provides end-to-end finance leadership and support for GHNW, focusing on FP&A and expense management.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring deliverables are timely, complete and decision-useful
Develop and monitor key KPIs and dashboards to track business performance, highlight trends, and recommend corrective actions
Track performance against key targets and outcomes, analyze and report company’s financial activities to senior management, regulators, and corporate/regional office.
Ensure timely preparation of Monthly Management Report and other regional reports contains reliable information which has been agreed by key stakeholders.
Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications
Coordinate capital spending review process for the company.
Prepare/review ad hoc financial models and analysis to assist and support strategic initiatives and business cases
Controllable Expense and Production Related Expense management through expense review, tracking and reporting
Drive expense efficiency initiatives, provide finance support in marketing & distribution initiatives with the objective to optimize spend and to improve expense efficacy
Monitor benefits realization from investment in technology and projects
Act as finance SME for GHNW strategic initiatives (e.g., growth projects, operating model improvements, product propositions, distribution initiatives), ensuring robust financial rationale and governance
Build strong working relationships with GHNW leadership and key partners across Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Distribution, and Technology
Coach/guide junior team members (where applicable) and drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years relevant finance experience, preferably within insurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Big Four accounting firm experience is preferred
