Associate Director - Finance & Corporate Advisory

A leading international advisory firm is seeking an
Associate Director
to support complex
financial advisory, project finance and PPP
transactions across the CIS region. This role suits a highly analytical finance professional with strong stakeholder management and cross-border project experience.

Key Requirements

• 
  Master’s degree in Finance

• 
  10+ years’ experience in financial or corporate advisory, banking, investment, or similar sectors

• 
  Background in
  infrastructure finance / project finance
  preferred

• 
  Ability to analyze and review
  financial models
  , valuations, due-diligence outputs, and financing structures

• 
  Strong understanding of
  PPP frameworks
  , debt/equity instruments, and capital structuring

• 
  Strong relationships with
  regional government entities, lenders, developers, and investors

• 
  Professional proficiency in
  Russian

• 
  Strong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver under tight timelines

• 
  Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Role Responsibilities

• 
  Lead transaction delivery and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• 
  Review financial models, valuations, and project documentation

• 
  Support and structure bankable financing solutions for clients

• 
  Manage client interaction, gather information, and present recommendations

• 
  Support business development across CIS markets

• 
  Contribute to proposals, reports, summaries, presentations, and negotiations

• 
  Work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team
