• Manages the financial operations and systems for effective control of financial indicators and decision-making in a small-to-medium sized operating company
• Develops and implements strategies to streamline finance processes, reduce cycle times, and improve quality and accuracy
• Manages the implementation and enforcement of robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial information within a small-to-medium sized operating company
• Manages the processes for identifying key financial risks and ensures the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
• Leads the forecasting, tracking and analyses of financial data, providing variance analysis on actual outcome and forecasts
• Manages the implementation of cost control measures and initiatives to optimize financial planning and improve efficiency within a small-to-medium sized operating company

• Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
