Deine Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung als Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) und förderst eine Kultur der Integrität und Verantwortung im gesamten Unternehmen
• Als strategische:r Partner:in des regionalen Führungsteams setzt du globale Compliance- und Governance-Programme um und begleitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte
• Du bewertest und überwachst Risikobereiche, entwickelst präventive Maßnahmen und treibst eine datenbasierte, risikoorientierte Entscheidungsfindung voran
• Mit einer „Automation First“-Mentalität nutzt du Automatisierung, Vereinfachung und KI, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten
• Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu internen Partner:innen auf, förderst eine offene Speak-up-Kultur und arbeitest eng mit internationalen E&C-Teams zusammen

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor, Master, MBA oder Jura) und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Ethics & Compliance, Recht oder Betriebswirtschaft sowie Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte
• Deine Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten fördern Vertrauen, Verständnis und Compliance auf allen Ebenen
• Du bist analytisch, strategisch und lösungsorientiert, mit einer hohen Lern- und Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie einem automatisierungsorientierten Mindset
• Als Teamplayer:in mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen bringst du eine positive und professionelle Haltung in deine Arbeit ein
• Hands on Mentalität

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

€101.250 - €148.500

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
