About the Role
As Associate Director, Enterprise Technology Operations you will lead the University's enterprise technology operations portfolio, ensuring critical technology services remain secure, reliable, scalable and future-ready. You will be responsible for the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of critical technology services, ensuring they remain secure, scalable and aligned to the needs of students, staff and the broader University community.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will lead a diverse portfolio spanning cloud operations, enterprise services, networks and audio-visual technologies, corporate systems, digital workplace services and ServiceNow. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the University, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen service management practices, and lead initiatives that modernise technology services and enhance user experience.
About the Team
Digital Services is the University's central technology and information management function, delivering the platforms, infrastructure and digital capabilities that support teaching, research and business operations. The Enterprise Technology Operations team is responsible for the delivery and support of the University's core technology services, enabling a reliable, secure and high-performing digital environment.
The team works closely with stakeholders across the University to deliver operational excellence, drive continuous improvement and support the successful adoption of emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
