In this senior role, you will ensure that technology solutions align with business strategy, regulatory, and compliance requirements, resulting in secure, scalable systems that deliver clear business value. Acting as the lead architect for the Commercial and Medical domains, you will own the target-state architecture and integration strategy across a diverse ecosystem of platforms and applications, proactively mitigating duplication, fragmentation, and integration risks. Your role involves translating strategic priorities, such as new product launches, international expansions, and acquisitions, into actionable technology roadmaps. By guiding key technology decisions, you will simplify the environment, accelerate time-to-market, and maximize long-term value, fitting into the broader business structure as a pivotal player in shaping Biogen's technological future.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and integrate valuable new capabilities into the GCM architecture.
  • Mentor and guide Solution Architects and technical teams to instill architecture best practices.
  • Represent GCM in enterprise architecture forums to ensure Commercial & Medical needs are considered in cross-functional decisions.

Who You Are:
You are a visionary technologist with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and a passion for driving business value through innovative IT solutions. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively across diverse global teams and drive change through influence makes you a strategic asset to the organization. You stay ahead of emerging technology trends and integrate them into the business to maintain a future-ready technology landscape.

Required Skills:
