The Associate Director – AI Solutions & M365 Productivity is responsible for supporting the adoption, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI solutions, and Microsoft 365 productivity technologies across the enterprise.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with product ownership and stakeholder engagement to deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance employee productivity, automate business processes, and improve user experience. The individual will work closely with business teams, platform engineering teams, and Microsoft to identify opportunities, deliver AI use cases, and realize measurable business value.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 1,120,210.00 - 2,080,390.00 CZK
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
