About the Role
A key member of our Analytics team who will strongly influence business decisions by helping to develop and institutionalise a data-driven approach across the organisation. The incumbent will work closely with business units across Asia and other functions in the Group office including Marketing, Distribution, Strategy, Propositions, Digital and Operations. His/her primary role will be the development of AI and machine learning solutions across multiple business applications – including but not limited to, improving customer acquisition and engagement, claims management, distribution performance, and fraud detection.
Develop AI and machine learning solutions to optimise business performance across different areas of the organisation;
Use data analytics to help in-country marketing, customer and sales departments to improve sales effectiveness in different touch points;
Lead analytics projects and a team of Data Scientists dedicated to those projects
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business of cross functional groups;
Create compelling business presentations to explain to the business units the main insights of the developed analytics solutions;
Analyze data from corporate solutions, bank partners and vitality business for profiling customers and Identify business opportunities;
Develop Analytics / ML solutions to help agent recruitment, training and retention
Automate operations process by using AI solutions to increase STP to reduce costs and improve customer experience
Manage in country strategic initiatives related to model development, and work closely to Business Units to guarantee the correct and timely implementation;
Drive analytics innovation by keeping abreast of industry’s trends, evaluating and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business.
