US Consumer Services is responsible for delivering high-value start and stay experiences and customer support for individuals considering or prescribed Lilly medicines, including the continued growth and optimization of LillyDirect.

By leveraging deep expertise in U.S. consumer and healthcare trends, service delivery excellence, and digital innovation, we partner with brands to deliver best-in-class experiences that improve patient outcomes and drive business results.

The Associate Director, CSH Contract Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Director, Contract Operations – LUSA Consumer Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and standardize contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, and renewal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align contract terms with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies across all contract activities
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to resolve contract-related issues and support strategic sourcing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills

  • High level of curiosity, learning agility, and strategic thinking; comfortable in the white space
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience managing contract lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency with AI tools, such as Claude and others
  • Ability to lead without authority, navigate ambiguity, and influence outcomes
  • Strong capability to simplify complex concepts and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to connect the dots across cross-functional priorities

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$127,500 - $187,000

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
