
Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. The Opportunity:
The Associate Director, CRM & Omnichannel Enablement, Europe plays a key role in ensuring Commercial and Medical teams across Europe successfully leverage CRM, omnichannel, and related digital technologies to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of IT Europe, this individual serves as the primary regional business partner for CRM and omnichannel capabilities, helping translate European business needs into successful technology solutions while driving adoption, optimization, and deliver business value.
Serving as Europe’s regional CRM and omnichannel expert and trusted advisor, this individual helps connect global capabilities with European business and market needs. The role ensures regional priorities and requirements are understood early, solutions are designed with appropriate local context, and global platforms are adopted consistently across European markets.
The Associate Director will work collaboratively with Global teams to shape priorities, support roadmap planning, coordinate regional deployments, and share European insights and best practices that may benefit the broader organization. This role supports a global-by-design, locally relevant approach: promoting standard, scalable solutions while ensuring local business, market, and operational requirements are appropriately considered.
As Revolution Medicines rapidly expands across Europe, this individual will help establish scalable business engagement processes while balancing day-to-day business support, continuous improvement, and regional launch readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Regional Enablement
Serve as the primary regional business partner for CRM, omnichannel, and related Commercial and Medical business systems across Europe.
Develop trusted relationships with Commercial and Medical Affairs stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Represent European priorities, market-specific and local requirements are effectively represented throughout global planning and prioritization processes.
Partner with European business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage technology, including appropriate AI-enabled capabilities, to improve customer engagement, business processes, operational efficiency, and business outcomes, scaled across the European Market.
Support business and technology readiness for new country launches, commercial expansion, and organizational growth.
Promote adoption of global platforms while helping ensure regional needs are appropriately represented and addressed.
Establish and maintain a network of regional business champions and super users to strengthen user engagement, adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement.
CRM & Omnichannel Business Support
Serve as the regional subject matter expert and super user for CRM, omnichannel, websites, and other Commercial and Medical business systems.
Provide responsive functional support for regional users, helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and coordinate resolution with Global solution and support teams
Support user onboarding, training, change management, communication and ongoing business engagement to maximize adoption and business value.
Partner with Global solution teams to coordinate successful rollout, communication, and adoption of new capabilities, enhancements, and best practices across Europe.
Support business continuity by identifying issues early, coordinating resolution and proactively driving resolution.
Identify, assess, and support adoption of practical AI-enabled omnichannel capabilities; such as improved content targeting, channel orchestration, and insight generation, ensuring each use case addresses a defined business need and is appropriate for local-market deployment.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Partner with European business stakeholders to gather, document, refine, and prioritize business and system requirements.
Gather, document, refine, and prioritize regional business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and expected business outcomes to enable efficient solution design and execution by Global solution teams.Assess requests with stakeholders to distinguish genuine local-market requirements from opportunities to adopt existing global capabilities, configure standard solutions, simplify processes, or harmonize ways of working.
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Support solution design discussions by providing regional business context and operational insights.
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, validation activities, and production readiness.
Help ensure delivered capabilities meet business expectations and provide measurable value to the organization.
Global Partnership & Solution Delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between European business teams and Global Commercial & Medical Information Systems.
Collaborate closely with Global CRM, Omnichannel, Field Solutions, and other technology teams to coordinate regional initiatives, and deliver regional initiatives and deployments.
Recommend and prioritize regional enhancement requests while balancing local business needs with global standards, governance, and scalable operating models.Partner with Global teams to assess and pilot relevant AI-enabled capabilities in Europe where there is a defined use case, appropriate data and governance, and local-market readiness.
Support implementation planning, communications, change management, and business readiness activities associated with new capabilities and releases.
Share European learnings, use cases, and best practices with Global teams to support continuous improvement and reuse across the organization.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Develop lightweight reports, dashboards, and analyses that support business decision-making, operational insights, and adoption monitoring.
Analyze platform utilization, business feedback, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Recommend enhancements that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Help establish scalable regional support, business engagement processes and demand-intake as the European organization continues to expand.
Required Skills, Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience supporting CRM, omnichannel, commercial systems, business analysis, sales operations, marketing operations, or related business technology functions within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
Experience supporting Commercial and Medical organizations within regulated life sciences environments, with a strong understanding of CRM, omnichannel engagement, digital customer experience, and commercial business processes.
Experience supporting CRM, omnichannel, digital engagement, and/or related Commercial and Medical business systems, such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar enterprise technologies.
Experience supporting commercial launches, international market expansion, or multi-country business operations, preferably within Europe.
Demonstrated ability gathering business requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology organizations.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working effectively within highly matrixed global organizations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
Preferred Skills
Additional European language skills are a plus.
