This position is ideal for an experienced commercial valuer seeking to step into a leadership role!!

Due to continued growth in our Core Commercial division we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Valuer or Associate Director ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our expanding commercial division.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated CPV with strong technical expertise, client engagement skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You’ll play a key role in driving high performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the State Director in executing the team’s strategic vision.

Your new opportunity

Based in Melbourne, you will take a lead role in service delivery, staff operations and business development across the commercial division. You will be instrumental in maintaining a strong internal service culture and supporting the continued growth of the business in the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and promoting a client-focused team culture
  • Supporting and driving change initiatives that align with the team’s strategic direction
  • Developing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Providing mentoring and technical support to junior valuers, contributing to their growth and capability
  • Actively participating in business development and client engagement to grow market share

What sets you apart from the rest

You’re a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. With deep experience in commercial valuation and a strong local network, you bring both technical strength and a desire to lead.

You’ll also have:

  • CPV status (AAPI and/or RICS)
  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a qualified valuer
  • A client-first mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to valuation challenges
