Job Description

The Associate Director, Content Hub Lead, oversees the end-to-end service across the Content Hub and Digital Production & Publishing model (collectively known as the Content Hub) for a portfolio of Agile marketing teams across SP&ID and Oncology. This role leads the installation and ongoing operation of content creation, approval, production, and publishing services, ensuring seamless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and high-quality, compliant delivery at scale. The position also plays a key role in advancing the future-state content operating model through adoption of Content Hub and other OMM capabilities, standardized ways of working, and automated and GenAI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for Content Hub and DPP delivery at the Agile team level

  • Enable consistent, scalable, and efficient content delivery aligned with the OMM model

  • Drive improvements in speed to market, content quality, and customer engagement

  • Partner closely with Hub Service Leadership on priorities and service model evolution

  • Maintain alignment across content development disciplines, including design, copy, medical, QA, production, and publishing

  • Ensure seamless handoffs across internal teams and external partners

  • Enforce adherence to standards, governance, and quality expectations within the Content Hub

  • Act as the escalation point for delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-team dependencies

  • Partner with Content Hub and DPP Product Owners to identify risks, drive service enhancements, and highlight wins

  • Monitor key operational metrics, including cycle time, throughput, quality, and cost efficiency

  • Translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Support OMM leadership reporting and continuous optimization of delivery performance

  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to simplify and optimize ways of working

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, digital production, or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience working in Agile or sprint-based marketing environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex delivery models

  • Experience working with agencies and external partners

  • Strong project management skills, including development of comprehensive project plans

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end content development and digital production workflows

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading change management efforts, including driving adoption and minimizing disruption

  • Familiarity with content lifecycle tools, publishing platforms, and the MarTech ecosystem

Location and Work Model

  • Hybrid ability to work at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week

  • Travel: approximately 10% for internal workshops, stakeholder meetings, integration sessions, and training

The salary range for this role is

$142,400.00 - $224,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
