Job Purpose:

  • Manage RSG's compliance monitoring, policy documentation, regulatory reporting, and integrity register activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements across RSG corporate functions and subsidiaries.

Functional Responsibilities:

This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive. Additional tasks related to the broader department may be assigned as required.

  • Manage the execution of compliance monitoring activities across assigned business areas, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements. Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and supporting documentation to promote consistent compliance practices across RSG and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage regulatory and non-regulatory compliance obligations by coordinating compliance activities, tracking requirements, and supporting timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify and prioritize compliance risks and develop risk-based monitoring plans and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee compliance reviews, assessments, and testing activities, ensuring identified gaps and breaches are appropriately investigated, remediated, and monitored to closure.
  • Manage the preparation and coordination of compliance reports, regulatory submissions, and governance updates for
  • senior management, committees, and relevant authorities.
  • Oversee the administration of governance disclosure processes, integrity register activities, and the Entity Management System to ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Promote a culture of ethics and compliance by leading awareness initiatives, communications, and training programs that strengthen organizational integrity and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and auditable records of compliance activities, investigations, and regulatory obligations while supporting effective documentation and reporting practices.
  • Support the continuous enhancement of the Compliance function by driving process improvements, maintaining applicable ISO standards, and implementing best practices across compliance operations.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.
  • Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
  • Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
  • Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Corporate Governance, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

  • 10 years (with 3–4 in managerial roles)
