This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing quality assurance, project handover and defects liability management, ensuring properties and assets are delivered to the required standards and transitioned smoothly into operations.

Reporting to: Executive Director – Property & Land Services
Quality assurance and compliance across property/project delivery
Handover planning, coordination and execution
End-to-end DLP management and defect resolution
Coordination with developers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
Ensuring timely closure of snags, defects and outstanding works
Driving quality, operational readiness and smooth asset transition
Extensive experience in community/property management, QA, handover or DLP
Strong knowledge of property/project delivery and quality standards
Proven experience managing contractors and multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working on large-scale developments or complex property portfolios is preferred
