Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the medical device industry, with at least three (3) years in neurovascular, interventional neurology, or related fields.
3. Minimum (3) of years management or leadership experience.
4. Deep understanding of fellowship training structures, stroke and hemorrhagic systems of care, and clinical pathways in neurointerventional.
5. Proven track record of leading educational strategy, academic engagement, or strategic account development.
6. Strong commercial acumen and experience driving product adoption and revenue growth in complex clinical environments.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

1. Advanced degree.
2. Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, strategic accounts, customer engagement, or related roles.
3. Demonstrated experience leading senior level managers.
4. Experience navigating complex contracting and enterprise customer environments.
5. Strong executive presence.
