Position Title: Associate Director, Clinical Education & Workforce Development
Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite – 2626 Halperin Ave)
Reports To: Director of Academics Employment Type: Full-Time
The Associate Director of Academics will play a key role in supporting the development, expansion, and operational execution of Essen Health Care’s Academics Program and its various Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This individual will work closely with the Director of Academics to strengthen healthcare workforce development initiatives, enhance experiential training programs, and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified clinical and non-clinical professionals to meet the organization’s growing needs.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong program development skills, relationship building abilities, project management experience, and a deep commitment to advancing healthcare education and workforce readiness.
