We’re looking for agile, high-performing talent with a background and experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to join our Enterprise Transformation office team based in our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. This team works with people across our various functions & businesses globally to drive our enterprise initiatives to enable business outcomes, performance, and transformation.

You will bring your expertise, creativity, and transformation capabilities to solve complex business challenges, and possess strong influencing and people skills to engage and inspire diverse global teams to deliver real business value.

You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will be shaping and executing their business transformation agendas. You will help them navigate their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, enterprise transformation and innovation, global operating models, sustainability, value management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes across functions and countries.
  • Engage and align senior sponsors and stakeholders to ensure strong governance and clear escalation routes
  • Apply digital and agile approaches to accelerate change and embed scalable solutions.
  • Responsible for planning and delivery of the change and communications activities, reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues.
  • Identifying, mobilising and managing the change network for the project.
  • Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated.
  • Executing business readiness activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change, creating and delivering adoption plans as necessary.
  • Effective management of all communications activities including, audience and stakeholder identification, development of a communications engagement strategy, key messages, materials and channels while ensuring content is created in line with GSK’s tone of voice, tools and brand guidelines.
  • Engage with the wider GSK change and comms management community to drive best practices and learnings, and to ensure compliance to global policies, principles and tools.

  • Deep subject matter expert in change and communication management.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programs
  • 15+ years+ experience of change management and communications delivery; some training experience is advantageous
  • Experience building transformation capability and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams
  • Relationship and stakeholder management, (e.g. persuading and influencing skills)
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
  • Convert ambiguous problems into practical plans and decisions, tracking value and adapting as needed.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
  • Flexibility in working hours
