We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Business Management, Markets and Securities Services (GCB 4)
Principal responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end delivery of key strategic initiatives for Markets and Securities Services businesses (FX, Rates, Derivatives, Credit, Trading, Sales, Money Markets, Custody, Trust Services, etc) with a particular focus on the future working model, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable enablement
- Support MSS business management including planning, financial oversight, cost control and performance management information with providing analysis and identify insights in business performance trends
- Facilitate effective resources investment evaluation and budgeting, including performance tracking, analytics, business lead generation and growth initiatives of new products
- Engage various stakeholders required to mobilize the execution strategy and implementation plans, Internal Collaboration
- Develop close and effective working relationships within respective Regions/ Countries/Functions/Global Businesses, and external bodies, industry to keep up to date with developments and to build relationships with external partners
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders to proactively surface operational needs and eliminate roadblocks to adoption
- Lead the operational implementation of the key changes, ensuring technical enhancements and operational efficiency end-to-end workflows between front office and operations
- Oversea regulatory changes, inclusive of managing the compliance and risk management within MSS
- Ensure to maintain operational resilience (business governance, BCP, Outsourcing control in place)
Qualification
- Understand the Markets and Securities Services business landscape, including products, services, and future working models
- Strategic thinking with strong business awareness, with a proven track record of driving initiatives that deliver tangible results
- Proven experience in project coordination and initiative delivery, with a demonstrated ability to track progress and proactively follow up on action items
- Logical mindset and excellent analytical skills; comfortable handling data and maintenance
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
