
We are looking for an Associate Director, Business Development, to join our high-energy, passionate team. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that directly support business development and new business generation.
The Associate Director, Business Development, is a key member of the team responsible for bringing Pace’s 2026 growth and marketing plan to life. This role sits at the center of business development execution, helping to turn strategy into action across events, marketing programs, sales enablement, and new business pursuits.
This person will help manage the day-to-day execution of Pace’s demand generation and marketing initiatives, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer to support priority pursuits through marketing content, outreach programs, events, and sales enablement materials. The role helps execute targeted outreach campaigns that introduce Pace to prospective clients and strengthen relationships with existing prospects.
This position manages key marketing tools and channels that support business development, including supporting industry events and conference preparation, HubSpot CRM, email outreach, website content, social media, and thought leadership programs This person will also play an important role in prospect research, pursuit development, and maintaining the materials the team uses to win new work.
The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Pace, including Managing Directors, Client Solutions, Creative, Strategy, and external partners. Two direct reports - an Associate Content Marketing Specialist and a Senior Art Director - report to this role and support the broader business development organization through the creation of marketing and new business

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or related roles, ideally within an agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
