This role sits within our Account Management team - a group of experienced construction professionals who serve as strategic partners to our clients' senior leadership. You'll lead relationships with North American executive stakeholders, advising them on how to maximize the value of our technology and methodology across their project portfolios. By demonstrating a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, you'll play a key role in creating our account strategies and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and project outcomes. Beyond relationship-building, you'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify opportunities to refine our offerings, and contribute to the future growth of Buildots.

The base salary range for this role is $130K-$225K. Compensation within this range will vary based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
