Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Solution Lead / Practice Lead

As an SAP HXM Stream Lead, you will drive strategic HR transformation programs across global organizations and deliver tangible business value to our customers. In this role, you will spearhead SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors initiatives—shaping HXM strategies, leading large-scale transformation engagements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and helping organizations modernize their HR ecosystems through innovative SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and Payroll transformation programs, define strategic solution roadmaps, and guide complex multi-country implementation initiatives.
• Integration Management: Lead integration teams responsible for seamless connectivity between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and downstream/upstream enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships, provide overarching solution leadership, and deliver scalable, business-aligned HR and Payroll solutions.
• Delivery Excellence: Enhance operational efficiency, support workforce transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes for global client engagements.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop high-performing teams while driving delivery excellence.
• Practice Building: Contribute to the development of new service offerings, accelerators, and intellectual property to create continuous value for SAP customers.

Required Functional & Leadership Skills

SAP HCM & Payroll

• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Certification: SAP Payroll Certification (Mandatory).
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and multi-country payroll implementations.

SAP SuccessFactors & Integrations

• SuccessFactors: Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors and Employee Central (EC).
• Landscapes: Proven experience operating in hybrid HCM landscapes.
• Integrations: Solid understanding of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and third-party system integrations.

Leadership & Delivery

• Roles: Prior background as a Project Manager, Solution Lead, HCM Practice Lead, or Payroll Solution Lead.
• Governance: Strong expertise in stakeholder management and global delivery management.
