Permanent, Full Time

£65,000-£70,000

Based across Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth & St Mary's Hospital, Isle of Wight

Are you commercial minded and enjoy building strategic partnerships? We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our NHS contracts in Portsmouth & Isle of Wight.

💡About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of our contracts with Portsmouth & Isle of Wight hospital trusts, ensuring contractual obligations are met including delivery, compliance and customer service.

• Monitor productivity levels and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency in contract management.

• Grow each contract and generate new business within existing contracts.

• Develop and nurture relationships with c-suite level stakeholders.

• Manage a team of Contract Managers, providing guidance and overseeing budget accountability.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Contract and project management experience with budget ownership.

• Team leadership experience

• Proven experience building working relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Healthcare experience (bonus, but not essential!)
