
GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide the daily operation of the Customer Support function for GreenStone customers with the Customer Portal and online banking products.
Working Hours: Enjoy a consistent schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern, Monday – Friday providing you with a stable work-life balance. You will also participate in the rotation for On-Call support on a weekly basis from 5:30pm-8:00pm Eastern, Monday – Friday, and 9:00am-3:00pm Eastern on Saturday. This position will also allow for a hybrid schedule (A schedule of expected onsite and remote workdays will be discussed during the interview process). There will be a minimum of a one week on-site training in the Corporate Office within your first 30 days.
