
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager is a fixed term contract up to 31st October 2027. The role will help connect regional marketing priorities with local market activation across Turkey, Israel, and Greece. The role is responsible for delivering relevant and engaging digital experiences that grow consumer affinity for the LEGO® brand while supporting commercial performance. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, this position leads the integration of digital priorities across marketing, communications, and media planning activities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape local digital strategies, pilot new ideas and build meaningful consumer engagement across multiple digital channels.

The team is responsible for shaping the regional digital agenda, growing consumer affinity for the LEGO® brand, and supporting commercial performance across Turkey, Israel, and Greece. It partners closely with agencies and cross-functional colleagues to create engaging and impactful digital experiences.
Priorities Over the Next 12 Months
The role works in close partnership with colleagues and agency partners, balancing regional alignment with local execution. The position follows a hybrid working model with three days in the Istanbul office and two days working remotely.
There is no relocation support available for this role.
