Job Description
- Learn digital sub-system architectures, development processes, design standards, and verification methodologies under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Assist in analyzing requirements and detailed specifications for digital sub-system functions, including processor interfaces, platform control, safety, security, and debug functions.
- Assist in developing or modifying synthesizable RTL modules using Verilog or SystemVerilog according to approved specifications and design guidelines.
- Contribute to digital sub-system functions such as processor interfaces, interrupts, debug-related control, memory or bus interfaces, and sub-system integration, depending on project assignment.
- Contribute to digital sub-system functions supporting platform safety, security, protection, error handling, access control, or system supervision, depending on project assignment.
- Assist in preparing design descriptions, interface information, timing behavior, and traceability between requirements, specifications, RTL, and verification items.
- Assist in subsystem integration, interface connectivity checking, compile checks, configuration management, and design-release activities.
- Contribute to verification planning and the development of basic test cases, assertions, checkers, and regression tests for assigned functions.
- Analyze simulation results and support the review of lint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, DFT, static timing, formal verification, coverage, or low-power verification results according to project assignment.
- Investigate technical issues, reproduce failures, identify root causes with guidance, and document corrective actions, side-effect checks, and verification evidence.
- Develop and maintain simple automation scripts using Python, Tcl, Perl, Shell, or similar languages to improve quality and productivity.
- Maintain technical documents, review records, change records, verification reports, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with engineers in Vietnam, Japan, and other global locations, and participate in peer reviews, technical training, and knowledge sharing.
