We're looking for an experienced Associate specialising in Retrofit to join the Development Consultancy at our London studio.
Our thriving Development Consultancy team offers expertise across a variety of sectors, with services that relate to the full lifecycle of a building or a development.
As a project leader, liaising regularly with clients and mentoring junior members of the team, you'll be passionate about Retrofit and technical design, have an interest in Remediation, and will thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment. You'll have demonstrable hands-on experience of construction detailing for existing buildings, external cladding packages preparation (RIBA stages 3 - 4), and a sound knowledge of Revit.
