Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Associate Designer to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk About The Role

The Associate Designer will participate and assist in all design steps to create the Napapijri apparel collection across multiple categories.

Reporting to the Design Director, you will propose creative ideas and design solutions, work on trend research and sketches.

You will work in close partnership with the design team, product development, and merchandiser on the designated brief, ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction and the business needs.​​

How You Will Make a Difference

• Support Design in the execution of seasonal concepts and briefs.
• Research Lifestyle and Outdoor trends and staying up to date on contemporary styles.
• Design new, trend driven product as well as evolving successful items from the past.
• Partner with Designers and to create brand consistency and to build seasonal concepts and colors strategy.
• Sketch new seasonal designs and create perfect HO.
• Assist Design with making collection overviews

Skills For Success

• BA in Fashion Design.
• 1/3 years of experience working as a apparel Designer.
• Fluent in English.
• Good Knowledge of CAD design and great skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Additional knowledge and experience with AI design is preferred.
• Strong product development knowledge.
• Ability to build strong relationships with direct colleagues and across departments.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Flexible and adaptive to change.
