We are looking for a Contract Designer for the HV Switchgear unit in Brno at Vídeňská. In this position, you will be one of the members of the project team and will be responsible for the design side of the switchgear.

If your experience and knowledge in design extends beyond the electrical field, you are an ideal candidate.

Preparation and design processing of HV switchgear order documents for the project according to the technical specifications and customer requirements

Assessment of design solutions for HV switchgear for the project with regard to production possibilities

Input and ordering of the correct technical and functional solution of the primary parts of HV switchgear and devices for the project in the SAP system

Creation of technical documentation for the customer in 2D

Responsibility for the completeness, correctness and up-to-dateness of the design documentation and its technical level and quality

Cooperation on the order with the project team

Processing of relevant administration

Who we are looking for:

Secondary/university education in the electrical field (we prefer the heavy current field) or mechanical education with experience and interest in the electrical field

User knowledge of working in 2D / 3D programs (Solidworks, DraftSight)

Knowledge of the Czech and English language for communication with a foreign customer (mainly by email), minimum level B2

Flexibility, attention to detail and detection of errors, proactive approach to work and communication, coordination skills

Active approach, good ideas, ability to work in a team and independently

Decree No. 50 and knowledge of HV switchboards are an advantage
