Job Description

In the Associate Design Project Coordinator role, you will report to Design North American Coffee Partnership (NACP) leadership and collaborate with other Design & Innovation team members (both in Marketing and in Design organizations) to effectively support and manage the team across all workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior design leaders by helping document and maintain creative operational workflows, service models, and team processes.
  • Assist in coordinating communication and handoffs across global and regional design teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end workflow connectivity.
  • Help prepare materials, templates, and basic documentation that contribute to global governance systems, trainings, and best‑practice resources.
  • Maintain and update documentation on creative workflows, tools, and reporting processes; assist in organizing training sessions.
  • Support day‑to‑day administration of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), including setting up projects, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with pulling data, updating dashboards, and preparing simple reports for senior design leaders
  • Help collect and organize design value data; support the team in preparing materials that highlight design impact.
  • Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying basic trends or areas needing follow‑up.
  • Provide administrative support for finance‑related tasks, such as tracking budget updates, maintaining allocation records, and preparing reports for review.
  • Continuously look for small opportunities to streamline processes, improve organization, and enhance team efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, design support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and workflows
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools
  • Comfort working with data—pulling reports, updating dashboards, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation, templates, and process guides.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and functions
