Current Product Maintenance (CPM) Engineer is a key position to keep improving product integrity and Net Promoter Score. He or She will be responsible to develop solutions for field support on Tractors manufactured by the site, using problem solving and design tools such as 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R, FTA, DFMA and etc. Developing and implementation of product improvements as requested by Supply Chain Departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics) and deviation analysis and definition. He or She also will work on Product Cost Optimization (PCO), being responsible to generate cost effective ideas and implement them. To do so, he or she will design and release 3D models, 2D drawings, prepare specifications, define and plan prototype builds and tests, either Virtual, Lab and/or Field, of parts, systems and vehicle levels.

Your Impact

  • Develop new systems, components, integrations, and cost reduction initiatives for tractor platforms while ensuring technical quality and meeting project timelines/budgets.
  • Maintain cross functional collaboration with customer, manufacturing, quality, sales, aftersales, and marketing teams.
  • Prepare production release documentation, support prototype acquisition/assembly, and ensure accurate and updated product BOMs.
  • Define and support virtual, lab, and field testing at part, system, and vehicle levels; deliver reports and progress updates.
  • Address queries, suggestions, and complaints from internal and external customers, taking appropriate corrective actions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree on Mechanical, Electrics, Electronics or Agricultural Engineering;
  • English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively.
  • 3-5 year of experience on Product Development, knowledge of Agricultural Machinery is desirable; Good Planning and organizing skills.
  • Knowledge in CAD (3D, 2D); BOM development and management; Quality System ISO9000 or similar;
