Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive impact analysis on functional and operational change. Prepare necessary documentation to engage relevant stakeholders in the overall change management process
Analyze the technical and operational system requirements, create & review necessary documentations including but not limited to test plan, test condition, test case for the overall system acceptance
Execute and verify the results of all testing cycles under tight schedule
Participate into the investigation process for all issuesidentified
Partner closely with cross-functional testing teams to verify theend to endsystem operational and technical readiness.Assistin the investigation and resolve any conflictsidentified
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.
Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of system development / client support experience in Trading Platform
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, BusinessAdministrationor a related field
Backgroundin financial services / telecom industry or highly regulated organizations with exposures on platform development / transformation is a plus.
Knowledge in tradingplatform, market practices and / or derivatives is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate system language into business terminology effectively in English and Chinese
