My Smiles West Allis is a well established dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to the greater West Allis community. Compensation for the Dentist:

• Flexible - open to per diem or percentage pay
• Open to partnership opportunities

Schedule for the Dentist*:

• Monday - Friday
• Saturday (x2 a Month)
• You pick your own schedule and hours, we are flexible!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Associate Dentist required.
• Hold an active Wisconsin dental license
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for enhanced patient care
• Diagnose and treat various dental issues, including cosmetic and restorative needs
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain a positive work environment
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Display adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new techniques
• Maintain a solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Eager to learn, great communication skills, and consistent desire for improvement.
