Tuscany Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team in Victoria, BC, on Fridays. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, independent clinician to join an established practice, care for an existing patient base, and help grow a new Friday schedule.

About the Opportunity

This position is ideal for an experienced dentist who is comfortable practising independently and managing a general dentistry schedule with confidence. You will have the opportunity to provide quality patient care while helping expand access to dental services at Tuscany Dental Centre.

The practice offers a collaborative clinical environment with dedicated hygiene and dental assisting resources. While formal mentorship is not available, you will have the support of the existing team to help facilitate your day-to-day practice.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded general dentist who is confident working independently and committed to providing excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience providing comprehensive general dentistry.
• Be comfortable managing a patient schedule independently.
• Have experience with basic endodontics; Invisalign experience is an asset.
• Value building strong, long-term relationships with patients.
• Be motivated to help develop and grow a Friday schedule.

This opportunity is best suited to an established clinician who can confidently manage their own schedule without formal mentorship.

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
