What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Provide restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional communication and clinical care
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver an outstanding patient experience

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia Dental License (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality dentistry
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a positive office culture
• Passion for continuing education and professional growth

Schedule

• Flexible schedule of 4–5 days per week

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Current and valid Georgia state dental license
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
• 1-2 years experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
