R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring an Associate Dentist

The mission-oriented practice seeks an Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services with full support from a trained clinical team.

• Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units

• Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management standards.

• Manage a patient base primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.

• Maintain office flow of ~ 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily.

• Treat patients covered by state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

• Participate in ongoing mentoring and collaboration for clinical development.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

• Current and valid dental license (or eligibility) in the practicing state

• Required certifications: CPR, DEA, others as applicable

• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to providing quality dental care to both children and adults
