
The Digital Workplace (DW) department within Enterprise Technology Services provides tools and services to American Express colleagues. The Streaming Team manages various internal company events, globally. This role will function as an Events Service Delivery Technician within the Live Events Streaming team. The role will operate live streaming and videoconferencing events, set-up and test audiovisual locations onsite in New York and remotely alongside global teams, maintain meticulous documentation of room statuses and event activities, respond to customer request tickets, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure availability and optimization of the livestreaming Content Delivery Network (CDN).
