Job Description

Role Purpose

The Associate Deal Execution Lead role is responsible for managing the deal pursuit process and ensuring a high quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle, for opportunities typically $1m - $10m and mainly single ITO solution tower based. They will usually have less than 5 years experience, with no advanced level of business knowledge. The Associate Deal Execution Lead will work across multiple stakeholders, typically at local Sales/Delivery/Account Management levels, know how and when to escalate basic issues, be able to interact with Client Procurement departments and operate formal procurement processes/portals, to organize pursuit teams, manage the schedule and promote productivity and collaboration, understand and report the bid budget and assist in end-to-end tracking of the bid process. They will also capture the lessons learned, schedule win/loss review and create the case study for reuse in Wipro.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The Associate Deal Execution Lead manages the opportunity pursuit throughout the full sales lifecycle. This includes the deal excellence approval process, coordinating all required internal approvals to progress the deal, identify and onboard/offboard the resources necessary to pursue the deal while managing the bid budget/investments, collaborate with solution leads and marketing to build winning proposal/orals and create a great customer experience during the sales process.
• Develop the overarching workplan across all workstreams, including qualification, proposal development, costing, manage Pricing resources to support the deal, competitive intelligence, solutioning and legal/contract management.

• Drive effective collaboration across the deal team and manage virtual teams of up to around 10 typically part-time SMEs, optimizing the use of bid budget and driving compliance with Wipro’s sales processes.
• Have a foundation knowledge of Project/Program management, ensure real-time reporting on deal progress, facilitate collaborative discussions to ensure alignment among stakeholders and applying the momentum to close.

• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders across the sales lifecycle (e.g., win-strategy development, solution review, commercial review)
