We are seeking a Data Research Analyst to conduct internet-based research, collect and validate information, maintain high-quality datasets, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Research & Data Collection

• Conduct primary research through internet-based sources, public databases, government websites, company websites, and other credible sources.

• Gather, validate, and update information from multiple data sources.

• Evaluate source credibility and ensure data accuracy.

• Document research findings and maintain supporting references.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and interpret datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.

• Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  
  Prepare reports, summaries, and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.

• Support ad-hoc research and business analysis requests.
  

Data Quality & Data Management

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.

• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, and validation activities.

• Maintain structured databases and repositories.

• Follow established data governance and quality control procedures.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and data management workflows.

• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support automation initiatives and adoption of AI-powered research tools.

• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and data quality.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies and software tools.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Education :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business operations, data entry, market research, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
