Responsibilities:

• Build, monitor, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to process large datasets from multiple sources.
• Support the design and optimization of databases to ensure robust data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate raw data into structured formats for analytics and reporting.
• Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with data analysts, and engineers to align on data architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in a data engineering or related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to big data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data-related issues.
