Roles & Responsibilities
Selected Candidate would be responsible for providing support for Cybersecurity Team that includes several standard and custom offer customers. As part of the Global Cybersecurity Ops Team he/she would be responsible for supporting Global security centre operations Tier 2 role which includes incident and change management on security products and services that includes but not limited to Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, checkpoint, Juniper and Zscaler. You’ll be part of our Global Technical Support group
The technical support organization is a global team obsessed with providing excellent support to Global Commercial Customers, as well as partners and internal stakeholders. Our services include acting as the technical focal point for customers, investigating and analyzing complex technical scenarios and providing innovative solutions for our customers’ needs.
In this position you will:
Handle incoming support cases and calls of existing and new customers under defined SLO’s
● Find creative, out of the box solutions to unique problems
● Collaborate with Next Tier support, Vendor TAC, Product etc. to investigate and solve technical product issues
● Work closely with the company’s Customer success and Sales teams, as well as our global customers across multiple territories and regions
● Maintain a list of known issues, workarounds, and planned fixes in order to contribute to our ever-growing knowledge base
We are looking for:
Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in networking / security domain with exposure to Cloud Security Products.
Would be an advantage if the candidate has experience on Firewalls such as – Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Juniper, Zscaler, Palo Alto SWG/SRA /Prisma Access etc.
Would be an advantage if the candidate has some certification like CCNA or basic networking or network security vendor certification.
Good communication skills with positive attitude, willingness to learn new technology platforms
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Any B.E / B Tech. Degree with relevant branch or experience.
Should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
