Your Mission Support frontline incident response matters, working directly with clients, senior lawyers, cyber specialists and the Atmos First Response and Remediation Panel to manage high-stakes cyber and privacy events as they unfold.

You’ll Contribute to matters involving

• Cyber incidents and data breaches
• Privacy events and regulatory notification strategy
• Crisis response, government engagement and stakeholder management
• Cross-border incident coordination through our Atmos Atlas network
• Post-incident remediation, risk mitigation and organisational resilience initiatives

As An Associate, You'll Have the Opportunity To

• Work directly with clients responding to cyber incidents, data breaches and privacy events
• Support Partners, Directors and Senior Associates on high-profile and complex matters
• Assist with incident management, legal analysis, regulatory engagement and strategic advice
• Collaborate with cyber, forensic, crisis communications and technical specialists
• Develop expertise in cyber security, privacy law, digital risk and incident response
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Contribute to thought leadership, market engagement and business development initiatives

• Digital forensic and threat intelligence teams
• Crisis communications experts
• Regulators, insurers and global legal partners
• Our product, data, readiness, recovery and disputes teams

This isn’t traditional legal work. This is legal led crisis response in real time.

You will be coached and mentored by Atmos’ leading team of First Response Partners – Reece Corbett-Wilkins, Richard Berkahn, Stefanie Luhrs, Georgia Schulberg and Claudia Dennison, together with other leading Partners and Directors within the Atmos Group.

You Might Be

An Associate with:

• Experience in privacy, technology, regulatory, disputes, investigations, commercial litigation or cyber-related matters
• A strong interest in developing a career in cyber incident response, privacy and digital risk
• Strong judgement and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• The ability to analyse complex legal and technical issues and provide practical, commercially focused advice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset and interest in working across legal, cyber and crisis management disciplines

Looking To Move into Cyber?

We welcome applications from lawyers already working in cyber incident response, privacy or technology law, as well as those looking to transition into this dynamic and rapidly growing area of practice.

You do not need direct incident response experience to be successful in this role.

Experience in cyber security, privacy, regulatory or technology matters is highly regarded, but mindset, adaptability, resilience and a willingness to learn are equally important.
