The Customer Solutions department is an integral part of the Medical Devices strategy. The team develops and implements solutions that offer the customer clear added value and thatenable MedicalDevices to enter and orstrengthen strategic partnerships with our customers aligned with our VBHC strategy.
Responsibilities:
SupportImplementing digital solutions for customers in the areas of optimization and standardization of clinical treatment paths, education, surgical excellence, sustainability, staffsatisfactionand hospitallogistics, using lean management, process excellence and change management principles to achieve the set business goals.
Supportoverall project management and itstimelyand proper implementation, as well as coordination with external and internal partners.
