About the Client

Our client is a BPO organization providing professional customer support solutions. They are currently seeking an Associate Customer Service professional to join their team.

About the Role

As an Associate Customer Service professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive and seamless service experience. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure each interaction meets high-quality service standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. It's an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic BPO environment while building valuable client-handling and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer issues
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
